He has worked with life science organizations, leading publishers, consulting firms, agencies, digital health solutions and technologies that support our journeys through disease and well- to be. He has served as a consultant for TEDMED, DreamIT Ventures, the Thomas Jefferson University Health Design Lab, the NYC Media Lab, and the NYC Combine Accelerator. He speaks and writes often about his passion, EaaM – Experience as a Medicine. Rich is currently responsible for the life sciences, medical devices and digital health practice at Medallia.
