If you add to that that one of the most common beliefs we have about ourselves is that we are not enough or that there is something wrong with us, the result is that in the end , we do not even allow ourselves to dare to dream of success. that we really want.
There are several factors that condition your sense of worth, one of the most dominant being guilt and, more specifically, the feeling of guilt.
This guilt is expressed in very subtle ways, creating situations where you almost think you should apologize or apologize, like when we downplay our accomplishments in front of longtime friends, when we don’t know how to deal with win more. than our original partner or family, feeling eternally indebted to a teacher or mentor trying not to excel, or (the typical) when we work in the company we are passionate about and are not every hour of the day with our children.
No matter how guilty you feel, it makes you feel unworthy of all the good things you want, causing you to sabotage your success either actively or passively. That is, actively making decisions that harm you or not working for your dreams, missing out on opportunities.
I don’t think I know anyone who doesn’t feel guilty about something to some extent, so in this podcast I’m sharing practical exercises and a new approach to help you forgive yourself, free yourself from that limiting weight, and make you feel completely worthy of what you want.
This is a very special episode which I hope will inspire you and help you reclaim your dreams and walk towards them.
